According to a recently
released study by EY, a global
business and financial advisory firm,
Nigerian bank customers have been
rated the heaviest users of
Automated Teller Machines in the
world. The study also rated Nigeria
as one of the top three countries
whose bank customers use social
media when making decisions on
selecting a financial service
provider. The study also shows that
Nigerian bank customers have the
highest banking sensitivity and are
the second highest globally to close
accounts based on poor experience.
